In Store Return/Refund/Exchange Policy

Unused resalable, regular priced accessories in original packaging may be exchanged or returned for store credit in the form of a gift card within 14 days of date of purchase.

For cell phones purchased in store we not offer any exchange or return.

In Store Warranty Policy

For “like new” phones our 60 day warranty policy applies. Warranty includes manufacturer’s defects from the date of purchase with valid proof of warranty. Physical damage, water damage, tampering, software modification, and all other such events will void any warranty.

For “brand new” phones the 60 day warranty applies on all, for those covered with a 365 day warranty, all warranty issues and costs associated with facilitating the warranty are included for the 60 day period. After the 60 day a nominal shipping fee to send the phone to the manufacturer for warranty will apply.

Online Return/Refund/Exchange Policy

Please note we do offer a different return/exchange policy to our online customers since the products cannot be seen, handled or tested before purchase.

Unused resalable accessories in original packaging may be exchanged or returned for store credit in the form of a gift card or a full refund less any associated shipping cost incurred initially upon purchase or incurred by the customer to return the item to us within 14 days of the date of delivery of your item.

For cell phones purchased online we offer exchange or return less any associated shipping cost incurred initially upon purchase or incurred by the customer to return the item to us within 14 days of the date of delivery of your item providing the cell phone has less than 30 minutes usage, or 30 texts, or 30 emails or any combination thereof and is in resalable condition. Resalable condition is determined by Cellular Toy Shoppe technicians upon receipt of your phone.
